研究生学历,硕士及以上学位

Job Requirements: 1.Master Degree, MA preferred;硕士研究生学历，文科专业优先； 2.Professional, well-organized and detail-oriented personality;热爱本职工作，注重细节，有良好的组织协调能力； 3.Excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese;出色的中英文写作能力； 4.Proficient in presentation, report writing and OA skills;专业的办公公文写作、汇报、计算机操作能力； 5.Good at communication and interpersonal skills;良好的沟通能力； 6.Knowledge of public relation, or Chinese and international education;有相关公共关系，中文或国际教育知识背景优先； 7.Good at team working, problem solving, prioritizing workload and time management;具备团队合作精神，问题处理和工作协调能力，有时间管理观念； 8.Ability to manage change and work independently.能独立完成工作和应对变化。

岗位职责

1.Assisting development of fund raising affairs, such as organizing and making development program proposal, following up project etc.;1. 协助部门筹资战略发展项目的开发设计，拟稿定稿，沟通和协调以及项目跟进； 2.Developing with sustainable database or system of institutional alumni relations, parent relations, cooperated partner relations and donor base etc.;协助部门公共关系的数据库的开发和管理； 3.Responsible for file archiving and management;协助部门各类文案的记录和管理； 4.Coordinating and maintaining public relationship;协调部门对外接待和沟通等相关事物； 5.Assisting in strengthening and organizing institutional alumni related activities;协助学院校友工作和相关活动的加强和管理； 6.Assisting in liaising with parent organization and related activities;协助完成部门内家委会相关工作； 7.Other works as needed for office or assigned by leader.完成上级交办的其他工作.
